Cocktails. Bryant’s specializes in traditional and unique cocktails. We have been concocting our own specialty cocktails for over 70 years. We now have over 450 cocktails, most of which are unique to our lounge. Our syrups and ingredients are specially made to provide flavors that are hard to place, but are truly delicious. We take a unique philosophy to mixology: rather than having a drink menu which steers the customer to different choices, we train our bartenders and servers to help customers discover a unique cocktail that they will thoroughly enjoy. You can order by color, flavor, strength, base, or era, or you can let our staff choose a unique cocktail that you will enjoy. If you are looking for something other than a specialty cocktail, we also have traditional cocktails, and a limited selection of beer, wine, and champagne.
