With a great patio above Uchi, new lounge Rosemont Social Club is shaking up cool cocktails on Lower Westheimer. The name of Houston’s hot new lounge is the name of its neighborhood “flip-flopped,” its owner says. So how did the Rosemont Social Club come to be called that? “There might have been a couple of drinks involved,” said Scott Lindsey, who along with partner Mike Nelson, opened the plush cocktail lounge last month. “But we liked the name. It’s different.”
