Our menus ebb and flow with the season and take inspiration from the farmers and ranchers that make what we do possible. We believe that seasonality and purchasing local is part of running a responsible business. Our dishes and ingredients might seem exciting but are most often rooted in classics that have slipped from our view.
We have six guest beer taps, wine, and non-alchoholic drinks. Our guest beer taps are from all around the country and world. Wines focus on approachability. Our non-alchoholic drinks include fresh lemonade, root beer, coca-cola, and topo chico.We would love to serve you.
We have a 5bbl brewery that was built from the ground up out of repourposed dairy tanks by Aaron and Primo, (the brewers). Our approach is a little more old fashioned than most, it's very manual and hands-on but that's how we prefer it. Our recipe book is large and taps are always changing. We're not afraid to use wild yeast and bacteria when it suits us and our barrel program is always fun and exciting.
