Our goal is to ensure that what we serve is fresh, natural, made from scratch and at least 80% sourced from right here in Texas. Not because it’s the hip thing to do, but because it matters. Whether it’s the Pancakes or Biscuits, the batter on the Crispy Catfish or the sauce that tops it, it’s made from scratch in our kitchen. Our Coffee is roasted fresh by our own local roaster. All our buns are baked fresh and delivered daily from Sweetish Hill Bakery in downtown Austin. Our fries are hand-cut every day from fresh potatoes, and have never seen the inside of a freezer. As it should be. We’re proud to serve fresh, locally-sourced eggs from Lockhart, Texas.
