Frank Taylor is the Owner and currently provides the operational leadership on a daily basis at Portland Prime. Taylor has an extensive background in both hotel food and beverage operations as well as a storied career in restaurant operations and ownership. His career has taken him all over the country operating best of class restaurants and hotel food and beverage operations in Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Michigan before relocating to Oregon.
