The second main goal is to provide another downtown option for an amazing dinner experience, any night of the week. Chad opened the Ruby Tuesday Mentor location and stepped in as General Manager. After 3 successful years Chad was transferred to help rejuvenate revenue at both the Streetsboro and North Canton locations. While working within the restaurant industry Chad’s passion and desire to own his own restaurant grew.y bartenders.
