We specialize in authentic Haitian dishes which is in a general sense Caribbean cuisine, but with a Kreyól flare. To name a few items we have our most popular dish, the Goat Tasso. Made of delicious tender chunks of fried goat meat served with rice & beans and plantains. For sea farers we offer the Kreyol Shrimp, a savory shrimp dish simmered in kreyól sauce (tomato gravy with herbs, onions and peppers) served with rice & beans and plantains. Plus a variety of Caribbean themed cocktails that are delicious and refreshing such as our Port au Princess, a rum punch made with Haitian rum & exotic juices and our popular Ginger Punch also made with Haitian rum, sugar, lime and ginger mix.
