Located in the heart of Park Slope, Blueprint focuses on carefully crafted classic and specialty cocktails. We prepare fresh juices, syrups, bitters, and infusions in-house. We also offer a selection of fine wines and beer, and a menu of seasonal small plates prepared from scratch, using the best ingredients we can find. We build our drink menu on both time-honored classics and recipes that we have created. We are seeking to explore the potential of our fine spirits in combination with intriguing liqueurs, herbs, spices, fresh juices, and house-made bitters.
