Everything we make, and we make everything, we do in small batches to assure quality and freshness. Each morning we make our four house made salsas, pico de gallo, guacamole, and soft corn tortillas. We use only freshly squeezed lime juice for our margaritas and offer a wide variety of Mexican beers. Our signature dishes included our award winning Fish Tacos, Enchiladas Rojas with ancho chile sauce, Mexican Street Corn on the cob with garlic mayo and queso fresco, Chilaquiles with chicken tinga and salsa verde, Sopes with shredded beef barbacoa and crema, Jack cheese filled Chiles Rellenos and more. We offer several types of fish tacos including a hand dipped beer battered tilapia taco as well as a Baja style grilled fish taco with fresh avocado. Both are out of this world delicious.
