Profile

 We live in a 100-year-old former auto body shop.  The Chop Shop is Chicago’s only sustainable butcher, deli, restaurant, and bar with a 6,000 square foot event space and concert venue.  Awesome concert space for the perfect time out.  Stop in for some great music, some good food and some awesome drinks.  See ya!
