Grub Street says, Barcito, the bar and bar-snacks side of Tavernita, opened last night. Like the pintxos bars in San Sebastian, Spain that it’s modeled after, it’s mainly a stand-and-drink spot with a separate menu and beverage program (by the Tippling Bros.) from its much larger sibling. Drinks focus on beer, wine, cider and sherry, as well as draft sangria and a short list of cocktails with distinctly Spanish flavors (bet you’ve never had paprika-infused whiskey before).
