Tataki has a drink for every taste. We carry a large selection of high quality sake, both traditional Japanese and local beers, delicious wines by the glass, and our innovative "Kin-San-Gria," a wine, sake and fruit sangria. All were carefully chosen to pair with the delicate flavors of sustainable sushi.

Tataki Canyon is named after the nearby Glen Canyon Park, one of San Francisco's most beautiful green spaces. Besides our sushi bar menu, we offer our house ramen, our soup is made entirely from scratch. Broth is made from pork, chicken, seasonal vegetables, and some secret ingredients and spices.
