We Olive La Jolla, which debuted in early 2011, is the first We Olive to expand beyond premium California olive oils and feature an ocean view wine bar showcasing small production California wines, local craft beers, and a menu of olive oil inspired small plates. Our goal is to educate our guests about the health benefits and exceptional quality of California extra virgin olive oils and California wines while providing a platform to connect our guests with these producers. Ninety percent of our wines are offered by the taste and we offer complimentary olive oil tastings daily. We also dedicate one evening each month to a Winemakers Event which provides our guests with the opportunity to speak directly with our olive oil growers and winemakers.
