River rock-lined walls, a 25-foot peaked cathedral ceiling supported by massive cedar beams, earthy neutral colors, muted sunlight, skylights, an Italian slate floor, cozy tables with white linen tablecloths, eclectic music, and servers dressed simply in black all signal to delighted guests to let the feasting begin
