We think transparency is important and you should know where our food is coming from and how it made it to your table. That's why everything, from our condiments, pickled veggies on our charcuterie board, to our pasta is made right here in The Med's kitchen. You will be hard pressed to find a ketchup bottle on the table or anywhere in the house.
