Gracia is the Spanish translation of the word grace. The vision for Gracia is the evolvement of Chef Chester Gerl’s admiration and reverence for Mexican culture and cuisine. A palette cultivated by his several years of travel across Mexico and his tenure in Seattle and New York kitchens, Gerl strives to create dishes reflective of his personal experiences.
