About our Kitchen…Clancy’s has been serving Long Beach and guests since the mid to late 1960’s. Our menu is a collaboration of both new ideas and almost 50 years of age old tradition developed by Guillermo Lazola, Clancy’s Chef of 35 Years (and resident pool shark) in conjunction Food Network Executive Chef and Television Personality Rahm Fama, notable for his multi-year run with “Meat and Potatoes”.
