Our mission is straightforward, but revolutionary: To offer a simple, inexpensive menu of delicious and creative dishes cooked to perfection with the best seasonal ingredients available. We use naturally raised hormone free ingredients and, whenever possible, source locally. Mexican food doesn’t have to be bad for you, and healthy food doesn’t have to be forgettable! Our smoky char-grilled steak tacos, juicy rotisserie-roasted chicken, and hearty, chunky burritos will show you the key to this elusive foodie dichotomy. We also believe that eating and hanging out go hand-in-hand. To this end, our space is warmly walled with reclaimed wood from the original Gilt Edge Creamery from the 1950s. Take a break from staring at your plate (or eying your neighbor’s!), and look up at the exposed wood ceilings, and the old-fashioned concrete-and-corrugated iron panels that surround you.
