The Hamilton Kitchen & Bar is downtown Allentown’s brand-new restaurant with a classic urban American feel. Located at Seventh and Hamilton streets, The Hamilton will take you back to the days of the public house, where both locals and visitors would gather for a heartwarming, good meal, great conversation and flowing libations. The Hamilton showcases seasonal American cuisine, featuring takes on regional classics from around the country and the family dinner table. The beverage program was carefully put together to reflect the cuisine and features classically inspired cocktails, American whiskey and a New-World-focused wine list. The Hamilton’s stunning design sets off the ground floor of the newly opened Two City Center.
