“The Canyon” has been a part of Chula Vista for 50 years and in 2006 Dave & Summer Grewe bought “The Canyon” with a dream of turning it into a local, neighborhood pub – the kind of place where everyone is made to feel welcomed, just as if they were an invited guest to their home. Here at “The Canyon”, we pride ourselves on providing fresh, quality ingredients and offering a wide variety of spirits and locally brewed craft beers for your enjoyment.
