Solly's U Street Tavern

Every Tuesday - Friday we have regular events upstairs. We also rent out the upstairs and new side for Happy Hours, private events, bands and parties. We alternate 1st and 3rd Tuesdays with Attack of the Comics open mic comedy and every 2nd and 4th Tuesday with the Birth of a City Hip Hop Showcase. The Washington Post calls it, “like no other singalong party in the city.”So drink up, sign up, dress up and SING! Feel free to bring your own outfit – fabulousness is not only welcome, it’s encouraged! But don’t worry, if you need some costumifying, we’ve got you covered. We have dozens of hats, wigs, props and items to make you look awesome.
