Serranos concept was built on providing customers with fresh made recipes while using Texas Mesquite wood to infuse meats, seafood, and vegetables for a unique smoky flavor. While Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants typically grill food on a gas grill or griddle, Serranos only uses mesquite wood to provide an unsurpassed flavor. Our famous Beef Fajitas are hand trimmed using premium outside skirt steak, basted and seasoned over a hot mesquite fire, which are so tender that they will melt in your mouth. We take pride in providing guests with homemade recipes prepared daily; from the fresh salsa to the flour and corn tortillas. Although our specialty is mesquite grilling, we serve traditional Tex-Mex entrees such as Enchiladas and Tacos, as well as interior Mexican dishes like Carnitas. Our quality flows into the bar with Classic Margaritas made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila, Triple Sec, fresh lime and lemon juices. Real fruit is used in other Margaritas like the seasonal summer Watermelon Margarita. Our goal is to tie into our local roots while staying true to our Mexican heritage, giving customers the best of both, Texas and Mexico “Tex-Mex”.
