However, at Salut in Edina, Executive Chef Stephen Jones and resident bar guru Roy Szolwinski are taking their menu to the next level with their new culinary-inspired cocktails featuring some of the most unique flavor combinations in old classics as well as their signature cocktails. Join us in Edina to try some of the chef-driven, precision-crafted cocktails such as the French Fizz, made with Hendricks’s gin, Midori, honeydew-cilantro puree, honey and soda. Classics such as the Old Fashioned have also made the list for the bourbon lovers, presented with bold orange and cherry flavors that enhance the drink experience, yet don’t overwhelm—providing the perfect subtlety to a unique or classic cocktail experience.
