Pour ma gueule is a French expression, loosely translated as for my trap, that winemakers use for the stash of wine they keep for themselves to drink with friends and family. It is exactly this type of consumption that Emily wanted to bring to Boulder with the creation of PMG – drinking wines with the people who matter most to us, at prices that encourage people to come back frequently and create a community of curiosity, enjoyment, and sharing. At PMG, it doesn't matter how much you know about wine. This is not a club. All that matters is that you enjoy eating and drinking. For those seeking additional education, PMG features monthly blind tastings, guest sommeliers and winemakers, and enthusiastic and informative staff members who are happy to nerd out as much as you want to.
