Mio’s new Cocina Abierta concept combines casual and familiar with creative and authentic with a unique dishes inspired by Latin America’s most influential cuisine capitals. True to its Latin origins, Mio’s kitchen is the parillada, the corner taqueria, cevicheria, lechonera and the arepera all in one place.
