Paired with a tailored menu and wine list, Mercat Bistro is an honest compilation of classics mostly from Europe and Texas. Mercat is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner Saturday. In addition, homemade croissants, pastries, coffee, and to go items are available throughout the day Monday through Friday. Its menu offers organic and gluten-free options. Organic eggs are pasture-raised from Texas farms and all of its pastries are baked fresh, in-house.
