Opened by Chef and restaurateur Mimmo Alboumeh of Red Pepper Taquería and Coldbrews Oyster Bar and Grill. Named after his youngest daughter, the menu at MAYA boasts an array of creative American steak and seafood dishes with Alboumeh’s signature Spanish flair. With a relaxed atmosphere and classic steakhouse feel, MAYA also features a curated wine list with over 40 wines by the glass and original cuts of meat from renowned meat purveyor, Braveheart Black Angus Beef.
