Max’s Sports Bar is a quaint, energetic bar located in the historic South Main Arts District in the heart of Downtown Memphis. At Max’s we strive to offer the premier amenities of a sports bar while staying true to our friendly neighborhood bar roots. With a ratio of one flat screen to every three seats you will never miss a second of the action. Add a large deck area with an eight foot projector, and every seat becomes the prime seat. We also boast cable TV, satellite, and numerous sports packages. So the chances are that if you want a game, we have it. Please don’t confuse us as only a sports bar though. We are also the hub for the South Main residence and anyone else looking for an easy going neighborhood bar just the way a corner bar should feel. While you’re lounging around with good friends and enjoying our great beer selection we have just what you need with our pub food. We offer a delicious variety of wings, BBQ nachos, and other filling menu selections.
