In true Gastropub form, Jayne"s serves an eclectic menu including many English Classics such as Banger Mash, Fish and Chips and Lamb Shepherd's Pie. We are proud to use local organic produce, humanely bred meats, poultry and sustainable seafood. Stylistically the food is rustic, Jayne always say that "she loves thing the most that are manipulated the least." But perhaps most important to the Jayne's winning recipe is our kitchen staff that can channel Jayne's vision consistently, night after night. The majority of our kitchen staff has been with us for our entire tie in business. Jayne's is proud to have one of San Diego's most cutting edge wine lists. Natural, orange, high acid, geeky stuff" Absolutely. Something with a bit of age and properly stored at a decent price? We've got it. Rose? How about some Tempier.
