Dragonfish’s diverse menu selection of portion sizes makes it easy to graze or gorge, a clever concept for a hotel restaurant that serves many types of appetites at all hours. Lunch menus feature range from Bento Boxes, a sampling of Pan-Asian fare served in traditional lacquer boxes to Sushi Samplers. Dinner is served nightly until 1 am and has become a favorite of the “aftershow” crowd.
