While the surrounding cabaret bars and eateries are overflowing with an odd mix of early-bird bargain-hunters and raucous beer guzzlers, this comfy old townhouse hosts an eclectic, laid-back crowd that expects to hold conversation over its pints. The mixed scene is a little bit honky-tonk (a jukebox looping Toby Keith and Garth Brooks), a little bit quiet chic (votive candles flickering against exposed brick walls, a couple of plush couches), and a lot Irish pub (the barkeeps serving drafts amidst antiques and scenic prints).
