Bistro 39, San Diego’s newest fine dining experience, opened its doors to the public in April 2009. Located in the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn, San Diego/ Del Mar, Bistro 39 serves a variety of Bistro Classics with a California twist. “We are excited to debut the new and improved restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/ Del Mar,” said Bob Rauch, Partner of the Hilton Garden Inn.
