It was in 2004 when Albert realized his dream and opened his first taco shop. This 400 square foot space was located on Washington in El Cajon, Ca. The taco shop was an immediate hit and quickly became the home of "The Big Rolled Tacos". As years went by, Albert consistently strived to make the "mexican food" experience special and unforgettable. Four years after opening his first taco shop, Albert had gained enough confidence and experience to take it to the next level. The new and improved "Albert's Fresh Mexican Food", home of "The Big Rolled Tacos", was moved to it's new location on Los Coches and Old Hwy 80 in Lakeside, Ca.
