The Cheerful Tortoise is a family owned and operated company. We have two locations in Oregon in the Portland metro area. Both of our locations have been downtown for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best Sports Bar experience ever. We have all sports packages. From NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL Sunday Ticket, Mega March Madness, ESPN Game Plan, Setanta, GOL TV, Fox Soccer Channel.
