The Hilt is an establishment designed to redefine the casual Restaurant/Bar. The lounge is incredibly simple in concept and in usage of space. There is no pendant lighting to impede the feeling of being under a summer night sky. There are no distracting objects other than local artwork and what has practical use. Our menu is heavily influenced by Mediterranean cuisine yet is unapologetically American in its portability and presentation. It’s the kind of place we like going to.
