Located on the third floor, this exciting new wine bar offers a comfortable respite from the Hotel’s bustling downtown Houston location. Adjoining Quattro restaurant, Vinoteca Quattro features vivid lighting, red leather banquette seating and over 50 feet (15 metres) of solid granite bar top. The restaurant’s signature floor-to-ceiling silver beads create a secluded retreat for guests. Vinoteca Quattro offers 25 wines by the glass – as well as its favourites in flights – and Italian plates to share. Menu highlights include Texas Akaushi meatballs, a traditional Italian chicken Milanese (chicken breast topped with a fresh arugula salad and parmigiano shavings), and gnocchi with a bolognese sauce.
