Puka’s inhabits the former indoor cafe seating area and the adjacent retail space most recently used for Whole Foods Market pop-up shops. The interior is embellished by a large mosaic mural conceptualized by Maui designer Carlo Carbajal of Dcorum (http://www.dcorum.com/) and photography by renowned local photographer Clark Little (www.clarklittlephotography.com/). With wall and ceiling tiles made of cork, the space is meant to be a cool and modern retreat from the tropical sun with décor featuring dark, shady woods and cool white stone.
