Created and owned by locals, Drew & Roma Kirkland, 521 Kitchen & Que’s concept is a chef-driven and modern take on southern fare and barbeque. We smoke our meats daily to serve you the freshest Atlanta BBQ. Every dish on our menu is created in-house – including sides, salad dressings, sauces, & even our pickles! Specials are made daily, and in limited quantities. Menu items based on seasonality and availability. All that being said, don’t be upset if we are out of one of your favorites! It’s worth the freshness. And you can always try another one of our delicious options. We believe in using quality ingredients, and supporting ethical farming and our local community. Every effort is made to source our foods locally, and to use hormone-free & anti-biotic free meats when possible. At 521, we focus on bringing out the natural flavor profiles of foods. We cook our meats low and slow over hickory and add just enough spices without taking away from the smoke! You won’t find anything doused in sauce, but feel free to add any of our tasty ones.
