Is there anything more American than a good ole fashioned hamburger?! Everyone’s got their take on it, and everything thinks theirs is the best. At The Nodding Donkey, we’re pretty sure ours are the best burgers in Dallas, but you’ll just have to try them to believe it!
All of our burgers – and menu items for that matter – start with quality ingredients. Fresh, locally sourced when we can, that make our meals just a little bit tastier. Our beef is 100% angus beef, hand prepared into patties, and then cooked to medium well unless otherwise specified. Our fruits and veggies are handpicked for excellence. And our bread is freshly baked daily.
No burger is “basic” at The Nodding Donkey. We offer the Saloon Burger, a traditional burger that ups the ante with chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, and smoked onions. Another favorite – the Mushroom, Onion, & Swiss Burger – which as you can guess, has sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and melted swiss cheese. And lastly, the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger with crumbly blue cheese atop a bed of crispy onions, smoked bacon, and beef.
