At the heart of Ristorante La Perla is a core lunch and dinner menu developed by chef Vittorio Testa and based on authentic Italian recipes. Emphasis is placed on simple, fresh ingredients and traditional Italian cooking methods. Fresh pastas are made in-house daily, and dried pastas are imported from Italy. All meals are complemented by a selection of hand-made breads baked according to traditional methods. La Perla prides itself on its wine list and ability to match any meal with the perfect wine.
