Our menu, conceptualized by executive chef Nakagawa Ichiro from Japan, concentrates on merging contemporary dishes, with traditional. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest of ingredients, from vegetables from the farmer's market, to using exclusively free-range Jidori chicken. We have curated a selection of local craft beers, as well as many sakes with the help of a local expert.

Why did we choose the name Kush? One of the focuses of our dishes is yakitori (also known as kushi), and kush means happy in some languages.
