Ever heard that old chestnut? For too long sausage has been shrouded in a veil of mystery, served always with a heaping side of uncertainty and a tinge of regret. For too long sausage has been pigeon holed and red flagged, thought by many only to be consumed within a sleeve of nutritionless white bread by men who either don’t care enough to question… or are brave enough to risk it all.
But fret no longer, we here at Link are devoted –heart, soul and gut– to abolishing the archaic rules of sausage consumption and to shedding some light on the formerly untold story of this so-called mystery meat.
By using an artful compilation of high grade, organic and hand selected ingredients, our goal is to ensure that the sausage CAN and SHOULD be enjoyed by all, in any vehicle that they please –bun, salad, taco or otherwise.
