Inspired by the arts and culture of her native Los Angeles and the creative careers of her now-grown five children, Caity began planning the Wilde Thistle Café in 2012 for a fall 2013 opening. The Café is a family-owned and operated business, with Caity and her children as well as extended family and friends lending a hand to create this new hub in the rapidly growing Palms neighborhood.
