The Backstage is a legendary place that's been around for 75 years. It's the oldest bar in Culver City.
Located across the Sony Studios, the Backstage has always been a hangout for studio folks and locals, but now it's also a favorite destination for parties and celebrations.
It's an old school place…dim lighting, cheap drinks, classic photo booth, cozy firepit and friendly staff. The backstage is open 365 days a year from 11 am – 2 am (10 am open on game days).
The kitchen cranks out classic bar food that's been called the best bar food in Los Angeles 7 days a week until midnight. The food is handmade and it's one of the few bar kitchens known without a microwave or freezer.
Drink prices haven't changed for the last 20 years and are the lowest in town.
Large parties are welcome and reservations are free. Never a cover or minimum or hidden extras.
