Doub Guller, the hairless man behind Pelons has been in the restaurant business for a long time, and for a good part of that time, hea has been follicely challenged. Some say he went bald because he spent way too much time working, while others think it was just genetics. Whaterver the reason, most of his team members called him Pelon (baldy) rather than Jefe (boss). so when Doug decied to re open the old Jaimes Spanish village, the name Pelons was glaring.
